Insurance

  • We accept United Health Care, Aetna, Oxford, Cigna, Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, Oscar, Medicare health insurance. Contracted Rate or co-pay depending on your plan. We can verify your insurance for you!

Kindly note that we have no control over what your individual insurance plan dictates, and your coverage may change at any time without our knowledge.

We are also an out of network provider, but that does not mean that insurance will not cover some (or all) of your bill. It means that we bill our clients directly and they receive reimbursement from their insurance. We will help you complete all necessary forms and will try to make it as simple as possible for you to get reimbursed.

In order to determine what your insurance will cover, you will need to call your insurance representative who will be able to assist with questions about out-of-network benefits, deductibles, and more. You can also contact us to discuss your coverage options, and together we can come up with a plan that works best for you.

All major credit cards are accepted.

Payment, Cancellation, And No-Show Policies:

Your time is incredibly valuable to us, so we ensure that we set our time aside with no other distractions or overlapping client bookings. As a result, we’ve implemented the following policies for our clients to follow:

  • If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand by texting 845.861.0500 or emailing info@bloomtherapy.online.

  • Failure to provide a 24-hour notice from the time of your scheduled appointment will consequently result in a full rate late cancellation fee.

  • No-shows will be charged the full-rate session fee.

Notice to clients and prospective clients:

Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, or how to dispute a bill, see your Estimate, or visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
