Non-Clinical Clients 

I also understand that people don’t always suffer from mental health issues, but are still negatively affected by life’s stressors. I also welcome Individuals from non-clinical populations who may want to discuss or work through personal or interpersonal life issues. In this case I use a similar personalized approach, where I help highlight the connection between your personal thoughts, feelings and behavior to help you make healthier life choices and help you cultivate your own ability to function independently.
