We can work together on building new behaviors, routines, and ways of thinking to better deal with life's challenges.

Dating, maintaining healthy relationships, and keeping it spicy in the bedroom can be challenging and feel overwhelming. Whether you are single or in a relationship, couple’s therapy can help.

If you are single, and are looking to work through past or prospective relationships, we can work on helping identify the factors getting in the way of finding, or maintaining healthy relationships. 

If you seek therapy individually to work on your current relationship, or seek therapy as a couple we can work on learning how to identify and resolve underlying conflicts in order to improve your relationship. Each partner will learn how to make thoughtful decisions towards rebuilding, maintaining the relationship or take steps to go their separate ways.
