My Therapeutic Approach and Style

I am a psychotherapist with a passion to assist individuals in learning the essential tools they need to reach their goals and build the foundation they need to create a healthy future. I am able to provide an empathic and emotionally safe environment where my clients are able to discuss their challenges but also feel supported on working on their day-to day struggles. My work focuses on assisting my clients identify their feelings and emotions, build self-esteem, self-awareness, self-management and confidence, in order for them to reach their highest potential. My past clients who have had difficulty managing symptoms of anxiety, depression and other life stressors have been able to learn different tools that have helped them succeed on personal and interpersonal levels.

I believe that my clients thrive the most when there is a collaborative support between myself and the client. My work consists of providing support for the client as well as providing them with tools they can practice in their daily life. My therapy is focused on highlighting each client’s individual traits, talents and strengths. Each client is different in their own special way, therefore my therapy will be uniquely created to ensure every client will end the session feeling empowered to achieve any goals they set.
